Responsibilities
- Lead annual and mid‑term business planning, sales strategy, and forecasting
- Build KPIs, dashboards, and performance management tools
- Improve profitability through pricing, product mix, and channel strategy
- Ensure strong financial controls, pricing governance, and contract management
- Grow sales, identify new business opportunities, and manage key customer relationships
- Oversee sales operations including CRM, reporting, and workflow optimization
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production
- Support financial modeling for new products/channels and key strategic initiatives
- Bachelor ’ s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8 years of experience in business planning, commercial finance, or sales operations, preferably in food & beverage or FMCG.
- Japanese/English Bilingual (Speak, Read, and Write)
- Proven experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and financial modeling capabilities.
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills; ERP and CRM experience required.
