En busca d’un/a tècnic/a de manteniment de motlles A Atlanta, busquen una persona responsable de donar servei, reparar i tornar a posar en funcionament els motlles utilitzats en la producció de productes de qualitat. Tasques principals: ⚙️ Reparar cavitats i nuclis de motlles per desgast o danys. 🔄️ Registrar canvis en motlles, insercions o peces. ⛓️‍💥 Realitzar manteniment preventiu periòdic per garantir la fiabilitat dels motlles. 📄 Documentar les intervencions i mantenir registres precisos. 🔧 Desmuntar i muntar motlles, analitzar i resoldre problemes com rebaves, friccions, ventilació o refrigeració. 🪛 Netejar, inspeccionar i polir motlles amb cura, especialment les superfícies crítiques. 🗺️ Llegir plànols i especificacions tècniques per fabricar o reparar motlles i útils. 🔩 Utilitzar eines de mà i instruments de mesura de precisió. 👷 Operar torns, fresadores i rectificadores. 👨‍🔧 Calcular dimensions, determinar materials i mètodes de mecanitzat. Requisits i habilitats: ➡️ Interpretació precisa de plànols mecànics. ➡️ Coneixements bàsics de sistemes pneumàtics i hidràulics. ➡️ Experiència amb maquinària de taller i fabricació metàl·lica. ➡️ Coneixements de soldadura TIG (valorat). ➡️ Capacitat per substituir sensors delicats (Kistler, sensors de proximitat). ➡️ Bon ús de grues en espais reduïts. ➡️ Coneixement de controladors de canals calents IMSI o similars (valorat). ➡️ Coneixement de sistemes Manner Rack i canals calents Manner/Mold Master (valorat). ➡️ Comprensió de valors de parell (Nm i ft/lb) i patrons de parell (valorat). ➡️ Comunicació efectiva en tots els nivells de planta (anglès valorat). ➡️ Ús dels sistemes mètric i imperial. Experiència i formació: ✅ Mínim 5 anys en la indústria de motlles d’injecció de plàstic. ✅ Experiència en manteniment, reparació i diagnosi de motlles amb sistemes elèctrics i mecànics integrats. ✅ Interpretació de plànols tècnics. ✅ Experiència amb programari de manteniment OEM. ✅ Formació tècnica (cicle formatiu o carnet de professional industrial/journeyman).
