What will you do?
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support operational and organizational objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to leaders on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
- Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives and support the implementation of business transformation and change programs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Identify workforce trends, organizational risks, and talent needs, providing recommendations and solutions to leadership.
- Coach and develop leaders on performance management, employee development, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
- Support talent development initiatives, including identifying and developing high-potential employees.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions related to talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Lead and support workforce planning activities to ensure alignment with business goals and future staffing requirements.
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives, communication strategies, and change management plans.
- Assist leaders in navigating complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on policy interpretation and application.
- Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and communications to various stakeholder groups.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Support enterprise-wide HR initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Leverage HR metrics and business data to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to influence and support business outcomes.
- Support project management activities, including tracking project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee and business information.
- Comply with and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic Human Resources Business Partner role within a matrixed organization.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations.
- Experience managing employee relations matters and HR policy application.
- Experience supporting multiple locations and/or business units preferred.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
- Proven experience leading organizational change and workforce initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to business objectives.
- Excellent relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Ability to establish credibility and trust with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to analyze workforce data and leverage insights to drive business outcomes.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in a large-scale manufacturing or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
- Experience supporting organizational design, talent management, and change management initiatives.
- Experience working in a global or highly matrixed organization.
