Ключові навички: Обов’язкове володіння англійською мовою на рівні, достатньому для усної та письмової комунікації (від В1 — обов’язково) Впевнене користування базовими цифровими інструментами: e-mail, календарі, MS Office / Google Workspace, онлайн-зустрічі (Teams / Zoom), трекери завдань (Notion, Miro, Asana, ClickUp тощо — буде перевагою), соціальні мережі (Facebook, LinkedIn), хмарні сервіси та сервіси для спільної роботи. Досвід роботи з даними: вивантаження, перевірка та базовий аналіз інформації. Уміння організовувати робочі задачі за допомогою цифрових інструментів, працювати з кількома системами та запитами одночасно. Базове розуміння HR-процесів і життєвого циклу співробітника; Досвід адміністративної підтримки або роботи з HR-запитами буде плюсом; Уважність до деталей та вміння працювати із сенсетивною та конфіденційною інформацією. Основні завдання: Внесення змін та оновлення інформації про працівників у внутрішніх HR-системах. Створення та підтримка облікових записів і профілів співробітників. Вивантаження, перевірка та базовий аналіз інформації з системи. Консультування та технічна підтримка працівників щодо роботи з внутрішніми інструментами і системами. Участь в імплементації оновлень системи та тестуванні її функціоналу. Ведення HR-документації, підготовка звітів та участь у внутрішніх HR-проєктах. Дотримання конфіденційності персональної інформації та внутрішніх політик безпеки.
