Job Summary Provide financial and business-related analysis and research to support expense and financial performance, including rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investment analysis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for assigned cost centers, functions, or business units Prepare Actual vs Forecast and Actual vs Budget variance analyses Perform detailed cost variance analysis by nature and provide insights to management Compute and prepare data for journal entries; review general ledger and related financial statements for reasonableness Prepare various financial analyses and reports for internal management use Make recommendations for financial policies and guidelines to improve the company’s financial position Ensure finance-related processes, policies, and deliverables comply with SOX baseline and control requirements Manage and support internal and external audit requirements Support ad-hoc tasks and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong skills in developing financial analysis using Power BI, dashboards, and VBA to improve data efficiency Strong scenario planning and financial modeling capabilities Ability to effectively present financial information and respond to questions from management and stakeholders Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Advanced PC skills, including training and working knowledge of Jabil financial and reporting systems Strong numerical skills, including ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret graphs BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
