- Supervise and mentor a team of IT technicians and specialists, including performance management and professional development.
- Manage IT support operations, desktop support, and network infrastructure maintenance.
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and implement solutions.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of Jabil's IT systems and data.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in line with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT equipment and services.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, firewalls), operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Proven ability to manage IT projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
