JA Smith Cleaning in Hastings, NE is looking for motivated cleaners to join our growing team! This position is based in Hastings, with additional work in Grand Island and Kearney.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-time
- Schedule: Nightly / Weekends
- Hours: 15–25 hours per week
- Location: Hastings, NE (with work in Grand Island and Kearney as well)
Responsibilities
- Dust mop and wet mop floors
- Ability to run auto scrubber
- Ability to run a floor buffer/burnisher
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Remove trash and recyclables
- Clean glass and mirrors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Work independently and efficiently
- Be available for weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus (will train the right person)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
- Integrity and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid Drivers License
- Must have a smartphone for timeclock app use
