J3 Management Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented vehicle Renewal Clerk to support the daily operations of our renewal department. This role involves processing client renewals and ensuring timely and accurate data entry. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Renewal Clerk works closely with state agencies (DMV) and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Process vehicle renewals in multiple states communicating with the DMVs.
● Upload transactions into processing system.
● Review outstanding task lists and follow up on pending assessments and waivers.
● Track and report daily incoming work volume.
● Complete and document all required client calls.
● Assist with preparing and mailing documents.
● Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to align with department goals.
● Monitor and respond to client renewal-related emails professionally and promptly.
● Track personal time and attendance, including clock-ins, lunch breaks, and end-of-day checkouts.
● Secure all work and sensitive information at the end of each day.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in title and registration is preferred.
● Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, or customer service preferred.
● Ability to multitask and complete all assignments.
● Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
● Ability to work independently and with a team.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and basic data systems.
● Proficiency with computers, printers, and copiers.
● Familiarity with workflow tracking tools.
Education and Experience:
● High School diploma or GED required
● Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
