What You’ll Actually Do:
- Play a critical role in supporting both Operations and Finance teams throughout all phases of construction projects
- Ensure accurate financial administration, billing, compliance, and project closeout, acting as a key liaison between project management and accounting functions
- Help drive successful project execution by maintaining up-to-date records, facilitating communication, and providing essential financial support
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with Excel
- Experience handling lien wavers and compliance
It Would Be Brilliant If You Also Have:
- Experience with WIP, debits/credits and job costing
- Familiarity with CMiC, Procore and Textura software
Where and How Much:
- $70K-$80K, depending on experience
- 100% in-office, DTC/Centennial, CO – 7a-4p MT
- Background and drug screen required
- Equity offered, 10% discretionary bonus offered
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
