What You’ll Actually Do:

• Play a critical role in supporting both Operations and Finance teams throughout all phases of construction projects
• Ensure accurate financial administration, billing, compliance, and project closeout, acting as a key liaison between project management and accounting functions
• Help drive successful project execution by maintaining up-to-date records, facilitating communication, and providing essential financial support

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with Excel
• Experience handling lien wavers and compliance

It Would Be Brilliant If You Also Have:

• Experience with WIP, debits/credits and job costing
• Familiarity with CMiC, Procore and Textura software

Where and How Much:

• $70K-$80K, depending on experience
• 100% in-office, DTC/Centennial, CO – 7a-4p MT
• Background and drug screen required
• Equity offered, 10% discretionary bonus offered
