Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge in home maintenance, general carpentry, plumbing skills, be mechanically inclined, problem solving abilities, and the ability to maintain and repair equipment. Responsibilities

- General Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Property Maintenance such as snow removal and lawncare

- Perform routine maintenance tasks

- Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance concerns

**Requirements:**

- General Carpentry and Plumbing skills

- Some mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair

- Familiarity with reading schematics

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

-Required to bring your own tool bag with hand tools

• All speciality tools will be provided
