Role: Provides each guest with exceptional arrival/departure experience by servicing vehicle and luggage demands as needed. Ensures timely check-in/out and proper handling of luggage/guest vehicles/room deliveries. Perform job responsibilities satisfactorily and to according to department standards. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters team work and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess high school diploma or GED. Minimum one (1) year previous experience in guest services. Must possess excellent communication skills. Be able to drive automatic and manual vehicles.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:
- Valid Nevada Driver’s License,
- TAM Card and Complete Motor Vehicle Report
MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Greet and thank each guest during the arrival and departure experience.
- Assist, retrieve, store guest luggage.
- Perform room deliveries.
- Open car/lobby doors for all guests.
- Maintains traffic control, ensuring fire lanes are kept clear at all times.
- Secure taxis and other transportation for guests.
- Maintain proper control of all guest keys.
- Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.
