THE ROLE
We're looking for a skilled, passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team full-time. You'll deliver professional skincare treatments, educate clients on personalized routines, and help create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform professional skincare treatments including HydraFacials, customized facials, chemical peels, and medical-grade treatments
- Administer dermaplaning, LED light therapy, and other add-on services
- Assist with laser hair removal and other treatments within scope of practice
- Educate clients on skincare treatments, product recommendations, and at-home routines
- Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products to support treatment outcomes
- Deliver a warm, elevated client experience from consultation through follow-up
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Follow all sanitation and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical and front desk team to ensure seamless patient care
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Esthetician in New York State (required)
- Experience working in a medspa, dermatology office, or luxury spa (required)
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments
- HydraFacial and/or chemical peel experience preferred
- Strong consultation skills and genuine interest in helping clients feel confident
- Professional presentation and positive energy
SCHEDULE
Full-time. Weekday and weekend availability expected.
