Responsibilities
- Enter and update medical billing information accurately into Excel spreadsheets and databases
- Manage data collection, organization, and verification to ensure integrity of billing records
- Utilize pivot tables and other Excel tools for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Maintain organized filing systems for billing documents and related records
- Assist with order entry, transcription, and clerical tasks as needed
- Support the team with administrative duties including filing, data retrieval, and document management
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and healthcare regulations during data handling
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless billing processes and data flow
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, medical billing, or administrative support within a healthcare setting
