Role Description The Foundry Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary engineering team, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of software products and integrations within the foundry environment. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines and resources, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring engineering best practices and quality standards are consistently applied. The manager will work closely with product, operations, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, resolve technical issues, and continuously improve engineering workflows and system performance. - Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management skills, including strategic planning, process improvement, and technical oversight.

- Candidates should possess Software Development experience, with proficiency in modern development practices, code review, and collaboration with engineers on technical decisions.
