At J Sterling’s Wellness Spa with 5 locations in Orlando, we believe luxury spa experiences should be affordable and welcoming for everyone. We are hiring positive, energetic, and customer-focused Spa Associates for our busy SOUTH ORLANDO location.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Help clients check in and check out
- Answer phones, texts, and online inquiries
- Recommend spa services, memberships, and upgrades
- Keep the spa clean, organized, and relaxing
- Support therapists and spa operations throughout the day
- Help create 5-star guest experiences every shift
- Help selling gift cars and membership
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable with sales and recommending services
- Spa, salon, wellness, or front desk experience is a plus — but we can train the right person
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
- Must be available to work on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
