Company Description VitaCell Med Spa in Winter Park is hiring an experienced aesthetic NP or PA for a part-time position, with an immediate start available. Compensation is $70 per hour plus bonus. We're seeking a provider with hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables and a passion for personalized patient care. This is a part-time role with 2 shifts per week, preferably Fridays and Saturdays, with flexibility. Opportunity to transition to a full-time role as the practice grows.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Florida, with appropriate national certification. Additional aesthetic certifications/licensures strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience administering aesthetic injectables required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments, create treatment plans, and carry out in-office procedures within scope of practice.
- Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain treatments, set realistic expectations, and provide clear aftercare instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance in a clinical setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and to build long-term, trusting patient relationships.
- Comfort with electronic health records, documentation, and basic office technology; willingness to learn new systems as needed.
- Ongoing commitment to professional development, including staying current with evidence-based aesthetic and wellness treatments.
