Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces lush and healthy
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery with precision and safety
- Install, repair, and maintain monuments, including cleaning, sealing, and structural adjustments to ensure longevity and aesthetic appeal
- Follow all safety procedures diligently while handling tools, equipment, or hazardous materials to maintain a safe working environment
Experience
- Proven outdoor work experience with a focus on grounds maintenance or landscaping projects
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape equipment operation
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, gardening, tree trimming
- Experience installing or restoring monuments or hardscape features is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments
