Installer/Technician

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in service technician roles. This position involves installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service while communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Conduct field service visits to assess equipment performance and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Utilize tools for repairs and installations.
• Collaborate with installation projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment history.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems.
• Experience in property maintenance or construction is preferred.
• Ability to perform equipment repairs efficiently using various tools including welding equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license required for travel to job sites.
