Home Weekly CDL-A Driver | Dedicated Fleet - Grand Junction

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional fleet based in the Denver Metro area. This position offers consistent miles, stable freight, and reliable weekly home time while running established regional routes throughout Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah.

💰 Pay & Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,600–$1,650

• Annual average: ~$84,000

• Performance and on-time mileage bonus available

• W2 position with consistent, year-round freight

🏠 Home Time & Schedule

• Home weekly for reset

• Typically 6 days out, followed by 2 days off

• 24/7 operation (day, night, weekend availability required)

• Predictable regional routes and steady workload

🚚 Job Details

• Dedicated regional fleet

• Operating primarily in Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah

• Average ~1,700 miles per week

• Approximately 6 loads per week with multi-stop deliveries

• Mountain routes may occur (typically 2-day runs when assigned)

• Mix of live unload and drop & hook freight

• 24/7 dispatch and support staff

✅ Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must have recent driving experience

• Ability to run regional routes including mountain and multi-stop deliveries

• Must meet all DOT safety, drug & alcohol, and background requirements

• Tickets, accidents, and criminal history reviewed on a case-by-case basis
