We are seeking a highly organized Sales Enablement & Operations Lead to support a fast-paced sales team in an on-site role based in Gardena, CA. This position serves as the operational backbone of the sales organization, ensuring that field representatives can stay focused on customer-facing activities.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered on coordination, communication, and process management. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a support capacity and enjoys managing multiple workflows while keeping teams aligned and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain CRM data in partnership with the sales team
- Support field sales representatives with scheduling, logistics, and customer follow-ups
- Organize and execute customer events
- Manage inbound requests and route them to the appropriate internal teams
- Ensure sales processes are organized, documented, and consistently followed
- Communicate CRM enhancement needs and updates to internal IT partners
- Provide day-to-day operational support to keep sales activities running smoothly
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills

- Background supporting sales teams, account managers, or field sales reps
