Duties
- Safely operate tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tanker trucks, refrigerated trailers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other heavy-duty vehicles to transport sand and related materials across designated routes.
- Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or manual methods, ensuring cargo integrity and safety standards are maintained.
- Drive route-specific deliveries with precision, adhering to schedules and safety protocols in all weather conditions.
- Manage freight loads by securing materials properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to verify mechanical condition and safety compliance before each shift.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, cargo details, delivery times, and route information for operational transparency.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, route changes, or any vehicle issues that arise during shifts.
Experience
- Proven truck driving experience with a focus on commercial driving in oil field or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with operating various types of trucks including flatbed, tanker, refrigerated trailers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and tractor-trailers.
- Experience in load & unload procedures with freight handling equipment such as forklifts or manual methods.
- Knowledge of route driving best practices in remote or challenging terrains typical of oil fields.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with endorsements relevant to the equipment operated (e.g., tankers).
- Prior experience in delivering freight within the energy sector or similar industrial settings is highly desirable.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,750.00 per week
