What You’ll Do
- Perform mold remediation per IICRC S520 guidelines
- Set up containment, negative air, and air scrubbers
- Remove affected materials safely and efficiently
- HEPA vacuum and antimicrobial application
- Proper PPE usage and job site safety
- Load/unload equipment
- Maintain clean job documentation and daily photos
- Work directly with Lead Tech and Operations
What We’re Looking For
-Mold remediation experience (required)
-Reliable transportation
-Valid driver’s license
-Clean appearance & professional attitude
-Ability to lift 50 lbs
-Comfortable working in hot environments (attics/crawlspaces)
-Team player with strong work ethic
Preferred:
- IICRC certifications
- Water mitigation experience
- Construction/demo background
Pay Structure
- Paid Weekly
- Hourly pay based on experience
- Overtime available
