HVAC Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Superintendent or Supervisor in ground-up construction
- Background in multifamily or large-scale residential/commercial HVAC projects
- Hands-on HVAC installation expertise, including sheet metal, duct board, and flex systems
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
- Proficient in project coordination and managing field crews and subcontractors
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Familiarity with construction software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or eSUB
- Knowledge of duct layout, airflow impact, HVAC startup procedures, and troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license required
- Self-starter with a high degree of reliability and accountability
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installation and system maintenance for new multifamily projects
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and meets quality standards
- Utilize project management software (ProCore, Bluebeam) to track progress and coordinate subcontractors
- Interpret construction plans and manage change orders as needed
- Collaborate with general contractors and internal stakeholders to meet project milestones
- Monitor project costs, implement quality control measures, and drive crew productivity
- Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols
- Conduct on-site visits to manage daily project execution and resolve field issues
