Office Coordinator - Irvine - $65k-75k
Prestigious law firm is seeking a high-energy, warm, and professional Office Coordinator for their Irvine office!
This is a multi-faceted role that will sit at Reception and encompass a wide variety of administrative duties to support the team.
Snapshot of responsibilities below:
- Ordering/setting up catering for staff and client meetings
- Reserving conference rooms and guest offices
- Answering phones, greeting/directing guests, and coordinating parking validations
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and supporting event planning efforts
- Maintaining office supplies/equipment and working with facilities
- Preparing correspondence, managing emails, and drafting memos
- Maintaining distribution lists, phone lists, and firm intranet
