The Administrative Assistant will support a team of executives with the following:
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Booking travel arrangements and reconciling expenses
- Assisting with presentations and events
- Updating the firm’s CRM
- Assisting with reception duties
- Maintaining documents and other materials
- Supporting special projects as needed
