Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician

Overview:
Seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for a hands-on role involving assembly, testing, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems. This position requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and comfort working with both electrical components and mechanical assemblies.
Responsibilities:

Perform tear down, evaluation, and rebuild of assemblies

Manufacture new electrical and mechanical assemblies
-
Perform fine detail work including soldering and cable crimping
-
Use testing equipment and follow internal test procedures
-
Learn and use inventory and work order systems
-
Track work orders and manage parts usage
-
Follow established procedures and suggest improvements
-
Assist with testing process improvements and documentation updates
-
Use tools including DVM, torque wrenches, crimpers, and general shop tools
-
Work with cleaning equipment (solvent tanks, ultrasonic cleaners, bead blaster) using proper PPE
-
Support other areas of the business as needed (including basic machine monitoring)
Requirements:

Experience with electro-mechanical assembly
-
Soldering experience (circuit board level preferred)

Experience with hand and pneumatic crimping tools

Strong mechanical aptitude
-
Ability to read and follow procedures
-
Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar)

Experience working with electrical systems up to 208VAC (LOTO knowledge preferred)

Ability to perform detailed work under magnification or bright lighting
-
Comfortable working in a small team environment and multitasking
Schedule:

8-hour days

Overtime is minimal
