We’re a privately owned dental office, and we’re looking for a rockstar Business Team Member to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes patients, the mastermind behind efficient scheduling, and the go-to person for keeping our operations seamless.
This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of dental terminology and office flow.
What You'll be Doing:
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting patients.
- Coordinate patient treatment plans by gathering necessary information and ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Assist patients with understanding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
- Handle insurance verification processes.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing concerns and answering questions promptly.

Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred.
