Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred
- 2 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage routine deadlines independently and communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Responsibilities
- Review and manage the accounts payable aging summary
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and execute weekly check runs
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with vendors and respond to inquiries as needed
- Communicate with internal departments regarding upcoming expenses and payment timing
- Process and pay monthly expenses, including credit cards and utilities
- Prepare and assist with annual 1099 processing
- Perform other related duties as assigned
