We are seeking a motivated Part Time Order Entry specialist to join our team! This energetic role involves accurately inputting customer orders, managing data within our systems, and supporting our administrative functions. Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into our databases with precision
- Verify order details for accuracy, including quantities, specifications, and delivery instructions
- Maintain organized filing systems for order records, invoices, and related documents
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe PDF, is helpful but not required
- Visual Job Shop (VJS) experience is a plus
- Support clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and basic math calculations to ensure smooth workflow
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Experience
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment preferred
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and transcription
- Basic math skills for verifying order quantities and calculations
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Office experience involving filing, data collection, and general administrative duties is a plus
Compensation:
Pay: Starting at $21.00 to $23.00 based on experience
