Job Brief
We are looking for a responsible Customer Service Representative to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Customer Service Representative include providing customer service, performing daily office tasks, and assisting managers and employees.
What does a Customer Service Representative do?
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include answering the phones, posting payments, fuel, and work orders using admin software, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant and have familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, a successful Customer Service Representative should contribute to the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
- Welcome and greet customers and office guests
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Write emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Data entry and updating customer records
- Assist with filing paperwork
- Provide support to customers
- Support office staff with general operational tasks
- Maintain positive and professional staff and customer relationships
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and phones
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

- High School degree or GED equivalent
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
