Landscape Maintenance Production Manager

Overview
J&J Landscape Management is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead landscape maintenance crews and oversee daily field operations. This role is responsible for ensuring work is completed efficiently, on budget, and to our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who takes ownership, holds teams accountable, and consistently delivers results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple landscape maintenance crews and routes
• Oversee daily startup, scheduling, and route execution
• Ensure all services are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards
• Conduct routine site visits for quality control and client satisfaction
• Train, coach, and develop crew leaders and team members
• Monitor labor hours and production efficiency against budgets
• Enforce safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain clean, organized trucks, equipment, and jobsites
• Collaborate with Account Managers to support client retention and service delivery
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

Qualifications

• 510 years of landscape maintenance or operations management experience
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple crews
• Strong understanding of scheduling, routing, and labor productivity
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Organized, disciplined, and results-driven
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Aspire or similar software preferred
• Valid drivers license

Offered compensation: $70,000/yr - $125,000/yr
