Job Overview
We are currently hiring two dependable and customer-focused Cashiers / Customer Service Associates to join our team.
These are two separate positions with different shifts. Applicants should indicate which shift they are applying for.
Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and POS system accurately
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of payment
- Accurately count money and provide correct change
- Take customer food orders accurately
- Communicate orders clearly with kitchen staff
- Keep the register, counter, and customer areas clean and organized
- Restock drinks, condiments, supplies, and other assigned items
- Sweep, mop, take out trash, and complete assigned cleaning duties
- Follow all cash-handling and company procedures
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Complete all assigned duties before the end of the shift
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be friendly and professional with customers
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be comfortable handling money and making change
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must work well with cooks and other team members
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
Attendance & Reliability
Reliable attendance is extremely important for this position. Employees are expected to arrive on time and be ready to work at the beginning of their scheduled shift. Excessive tardiness, call-outs, and leaving early can affect continued employment.
- Dependable transportation is strongly preferred
