J&J Enterprise Holdings, LLC, located in Rigby, Idaho, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic office team as a full or part-time Administrative Assistant. Our previous Administrator has been promoted within our company, creating an opportunity for you to step into their role! As a qualified candidate, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Punctuality, dependability, honesty, and a strong drive for goal attainment

- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, along with the ability to effortlessly handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in computer usage, particularly in sending and responding to in-office memorandums and emails professionally. A strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.

- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to handle phone calls efficiently and work collaboratively with colleagues while readily taking direction from supervisors.

- Capability to enhance existing processes while respecting established procedures.

As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will encompass the following tasks, among others:

- Performing general clerical duties such as warmly welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, and sending correspondence emails.

- Compiling and formatting information into professional Word documents and/or Excel spreadsheets.

- Collaborating effectively in a team environment and readily accepting any assigned tasks.

- Ensuring the office remains clean, orderly, and adequately stocked with essential supplies at all times.

- Undertaking additional office and clerical tasks as required.

Office hours are scheduled from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
