Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
- Perform audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse client base
- Advise clients on a variety of tax planning and compliance matters
- Conduct financial analysis and ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and tax laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
- Proven experience in financial analysis, account management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a drive to excel in a dynamic environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and business development acumen
