What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Qualified Manager - MUST HAVE PPO LICENSE position at J&G Security?
We are looking for a California resident willing to assist in management of our Private Security license as we expand into the local market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the organization
- Oversee and manage a team of security officers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate risks
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner, coordinating with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
- Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in security management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in California
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in conflict management and resolution techniques
- Prior military or law enforcement experience is a plus
--Drivers License, 8 hr unarmed training in accordance with the state of California, and resident manager finger print card are required
