We have an immediate full time opening for an experienced Lathe Setup/Operator/ Programmer. Competitive hourly pay/ overtime available.
The following is a list of required skills:
* Setup/Operate machine(s) with proper material, tools and program(s).
* Ability to follow verbal instructions and to read and follow travelers, blueprints, and programs.
* Fill out travelers as required and update as necessary, i.e., program changes, shop time, job time.
* Keep a clean and orderly work area and machine.
* Adheres to all company policies
* Adhere to customer and company confidentiality requirements.
* Ability to use a variety of measuring tools, i.e., calipers, digital micrometers, depth micrometers, gauge pins, gauge blocks, comparator, indicators.
Minimum education: HS/GED, prefer Trade School or apprentice program.
This position requires the reading and understanding of the English language.
