True Position Manufacturing is looking to add a team members to help with meeting our customers' increasing demand. The ideal candidate will have:
Ability to set-up and operate CNC Lathes. Minimum 3 - 5 years of set-up experience required.
Ability to read a blue print.
Ability to inspect own work with hand gages and indicators.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Willingness to work as a team.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
