Overview
We’re a family-run excavation company looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our team. You’ll work closely with our bookkeeper and project managers to help keep things organized and running smoothly. We’re looking for someone long-term — this role can grow into an Office Manager position for the right person.
Construction experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train
- Tracking and reviewing contractor documents (insurance, etc.)
- Handling vehicle registrations and permits
- Working in Excel daily to track and organize data
- Supporting the bookkeeper and project managers with day-to-day tasks
- Helping with new hire paperwork and onboarding
- Fuel tracking/tax reporting
- Scheduling
Skills Needed:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Proficient with current technology
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Team player with a posititve attitude
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
