As an Evening Cleaning Tech, you’ll be responsible for performing comprehensive cleaning tasks during evening hours, ensuring our environment remains pristine for staff and visitors alike. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Operate floor care equipment such as buffers and polishers to maintain high-quality flooring standards.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, including waste removal and deep cleaning procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and common areas with attention to detail.
- Assist with custodial maintenance duties like window washing, light fixture cleaning, and minor repairs when required.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure work environment.
Position is Monday Through Friday 4 hours every evening. No weekends or Holidays. Paid Weekly.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and sealing floors.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is a plus.
