Now Hiring: Construction Cleaning & Window Cleaning Technicians
J&F Facility Services is currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. We specialize in post-construction cleaning and commercial window cleaning, and we’re looking for team members who take pride in delivering high-quality results.
Position Overview:
This role involves detailed cleaning of construction sites and professional window cleaning services at commercial facilities. Work will vary day-to-day and may include interior and exterior projects.
Monday Through Friday 7:30am to 4pm 40 plus hours a week $18 to start
Responsibilities:
- Post-construction cleaning (dusting, debris removal, final detailing)
- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Use of ladders, lifts, and cleaning equipment (training provided if needed)
- Following safety guidelines and job site protocols
- Maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders/lifts)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate
