Job Description:
You will be responsible for generating new opportunities and cultivating relationships with existing clients. Youll work closely with our team to ensure that our client's landscape dreams come true.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Prospect for new business through our existing clients, cold calls, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Consultative Selling: Meet with potential clients on-site to assess their landscaping needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their vision and budget.
- Estimate Generation: Prepare accurate and detailed estimates and agreements for landscaping services, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the install teams to ensure smooth transitions from the sales phase to execution.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed on landscaping trends, industry best practices, and competitive pricing to offer the most relevant solutions to clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets.
