Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces looking their best
- Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products as needed
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks in hospitality settings, including room preparation and guest requests
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and steam cleaners
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and guests
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends if required
