Saturday Nights - 9pm - 7am
A home care nurse's day involves travel to patient homes, providing direct clinical care like gtube, trach care, vent, administering medications, performing assessments, and educating patients and families on managing their health. Each day is unique, focusing on patient needs while requiring excellent organizational skills, efficient documentation using electronic systems, and strong communication to coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
J&D Ultracare - Since 1985, J&D Ultracare has been providing skilled nursing services to the medically fragile population of the New York Metropolitan area as well as the greater Hudson Valley. We see clients in Rockland, Dutchess, Putnam County, Westchester, Sullivan, Ulster, and Orange Counties.
In addition to delivering highly specialized care to patients, the Agency also provides the training and support needed to keep families intact and as independent as possible in caring for their loved ones.

Pay: $33.00 - $43.00 per hour
