We are currently seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Bergen County.
We offer a wide range of opportunities, including 6-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts, day, night, and overnight cases, as well as visit-based assignments. This role is ideal for nurses seeking flexibility, consistent support, and meaningful work outside of a facility setting.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (acute care required; home care preferred)
Active New Jersey LPN license and current BLS certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Current physical exam (within the past 12 months)
PPD or QuantiFERON (within 12 months) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
Flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
