Duties

- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order completion.
- Expedite and run food to the guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy setting.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Experience in guest relations and providing exceptional hospitality is essential.
