About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join our service team. In this role, you’ll operate from a fully equipped mobile service van, bringing expert maintenance and repair services directly to our customers. From routine oil changes to advanced diagnostics and brake repairs, you’ll be the go-to problem-solver who keeps vehicles running smoothly and customers happy — without them ever stepping foot in the shop.
What You’ll Do
Perform off-site repairs and maintenance for all vehicles using a mobile service van.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including brake work, ADAS calibrations, and diesel engine repairs.
Maintain accurate records using dealership systems and communicate clearly with service advisors.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturer standards.
Keep your mobile van clean, organized, and stocked for maximum efficiency.
Mentor apprentice technicians and model professional, customer-focused service.
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Technician skills (ASE and I-CAR certifications preferred).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and repair skills — diesel experience a plus.
Comfortable with basic computer skills and using diagnostic tools.
Professional attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment.
Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and vehicle lifts.
Road testing vehicles to diagnose and confirm repairs.
