We’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented Inventory & Reception Clerk to join our team. This unique role combines customer-facing receptionist duties with behind-the-scenes inventory management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.
What You’ll Do
This role will involve work at both our Pooler and Savannah locations. Reception duties will rotate between locations (typically one day per week at each), and occasional travel between sites will be required for inventory responsibilities.
Greet showroom customers with a warm, professional welcome and direct them to the appropriate department.
Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers.
Collect and enter customer information into dealership systems.
Support sales and service teams during busy periods.
Maintain accurate records of all new and used vehicle inventory in dealership systems.
Conduct physical counts, audits, and inspections of vehicles.
Track vehicle deliveries, sales, and lot movement.
Ensure vehicles are properly documented, displayed, and ready for customers.
Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
