The Inventory Clerk is responsible for tracking, managing, and maintaining our inventory of goods and supplies. This position requires being knowledgeable in all departments within the warehouse.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- No Direct Reports
- Position Reports to Warehouse Supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of inventory by using inventory management software?
- Physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies?
- Process inventory adjustments and update inventory records?
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory are maintained?
- Analyze inventory data to identify potential issues?
- Always follow safety procedures and guidelines?
- Follow DILE SOLUTIONS standard operating processes and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operations??
- Keep communication with team members to ensure the safety and accuracy of packaging operations?
- Move boxes to location with pallet jack.
- Consolidate boxes from pallet to pallet
- Report workplace issues to team leader to ensure the accomplishment of tasks?
- Complete other work-related tasks assigned by supervisors?
- Day shift.
- Monday to Friday. 8am-5pm
- Weekends as needed.

Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite,
- Proficient with WMS
- Basic Math Skills
- Microsoft Suite
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years’ experience can be substituted for degree
- Experience working in transportation/warehouse (preferred
