Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mitigation Project Manager to lead and oversee water mitigation projects. In this role, you will coordinate emergency service responses, manage project schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your primary responsibilities will be to scope and assess water damage projects, communicate with customers, team members, insurance carriers, etc. to provide the most efficient service possible.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of mitigation projects from inception to closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Communicate with all parties involved; customers, insurance adjusters, and team members.
- Provide documentation supporting the work that is being performed.
- Manage the estimating processes using Xactimate or other estimating systems.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
- Provide and manage scope, project budgets, gross profit.
Skills
- Proficiency in Xactimate.
- Strong understanding of mitigation and construction estimating, project scheduling, and contract management processes.
- Experience in the water mitigation process and the insurance processes for both commercial and residential customers.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating teams, stakeholders, and clients across multiple projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
