What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mitigation Project Manager position at PRIME RESTORATION LLC?
Due to significant growth, Prime Restoration & Remediation, LLC is currently seeking motivated people to join our team in our RI and MA offices. We specialize in 24/7 residential and commercial cleanups including water extraction, drying and dehumidification; fire and smoke damage restoration; mold and mildew mitigation services; and storm response services for losses in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.Position Available: Mitigation Project ManagerRequirements:· 2 years’ direct experience in the operations of drying, restoration equipment including but not limited to: dehumidifiers, air movers, extraction equipment, HEPA filtered equipment and other remediation equipment· Knowledge of Xactimate· Valid driver’s license, good driving record, experience in driving large cube trucks, and tow trailers, and ability to obtain a DOT card· Reliable transportation (to and from our office)· Must be able to pass a background check· Availability for on-call shifts, nights, weekends and long hours during the busy season.
